Lindsay Contoveros

I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker dedicated to helping business owners find the right space for their success. I have lived in Colorado Springs since 2015, and I love being part of this community. I decided to make Colorado my permanent home upon my retirement from the U.S. Air Force in 2019, after serving 20 years as a JAG officer. My background in law means I have years of experience advocating for and negotiating on behalf of my clients, which I will use to help my real estate clients achieve their goals.

The aspect of military service that I enjoyed most was the opportunity to meet and collaborate with many different people and I wanted to continue doing that in my post-military career. I now enjoy working with a variety of business owners, assisting them through the real estate process and ensuring they make informed decisions that drive long-term success. Commercial real estate can often feel very transactional – I want to change that. That’s why I prioritize truly understanding each client’s unique needs, delivering a tailored, client-first experience that leverages market knowledge with genuine care and thoughtful guidance.

My vision is to build community through commercial real estate, and my passion is working with business owners who will contribute to the thriving community of Colorado Springs for years to come. My goal is to make the real estate journey smooth, stress-free, and ultimately successful for my clients. I strive to embody the Air Force core values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence, and hold myself to those same values in my relationships with real estate clients. When I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my children, which often involves watching soccer and ballet. I also love baseball and, as a Maryland native, I am a diehard Orioles fan.
